THE PROJECT
01 — I have an idea, but I'm not sure what kind of animation I need. Can you help?
Absolutely. You don't need to arrive with a fully developed concept. Tell me what you're trying to communicate, where it will be used, and what you already have. We'll figure out together what kind of motion piece makes sense for your project.
02 — Do I need finished artwork before we start?
Not necessarily. My main focus is motion graphics, so I work especially well with existing artwork, brand assets, illustrations, campaigns, presentations and designs.
If the artwork isn't ready, we can discuss what needs to be created, adapted or sourced before animation begins.
03 — Can you animate an existing flyer, presentation or design?
Yes, and it depends on the input file format. A static flyer, poster, presentation, illustration, campaign or other visual can become an engaging motion piece for social media, events, presentations, websites and more.
Think of it as turning something static into something people stop and watch.
04 — What does the process look like?
Brief → Direction → Storyboard → Animatic → Animation → Final Review → Delivery
We establish the idea and visual direction first, then map out the sequence before moving into animation. This gives you opportunities to review the project before the final animation is produced.
05 — Will I see the work before the final animation?
Yes. There are two main approval stages:
1. Style frame / storyboard
You approve the visual style, design, layout and overall direction.

2. Animatic / motion preview
You review the animation timing, movement, pacing and overall flow before final polishing.

06 — Can I request changes?
Yes. The project includes two main revision stages:
1. Style frame / storyboard
Changes to style, design, layout or length.
Changes to style, design, layout or length.
2. Animatic / motion preview
Changes to animation, movement, timing, pacing or flow.
Changes to animation, movement, timing, pacing or flow.
Minor adjustments such as color changes, small speed adjustments or texture variations can usually be negotiated.
Changes outside the agreed scope or after approval of these stages may involve an additional cost.
07 — How long does a project take?
It depends on the length and complexity of the project, the amount of artwork involved and the number of deliverables.
As a general guide, projects usually take between 2 weeks and 2 months.
Your estimated timeline will be discussed before the project begins.
08 — How do you price projects?
Each project is quoted individually based on its scope, complexity, duration, artwork, number of deliverables, formats and timeline.
Once I understand what you need, you'll receive a clear proposal with the agreed scope and terms before production begins.
WORKING TOGETHER
09 — Can you work with my marketing or creative team?
Yes. I can work directly with an individual client, marketing team, creative department, agency or other collaborators.
We'll establish a clear point of contact and approval process so feedback stays organized throughout the project.
10 — Can you create different formats for different platforms?
Yes. The required formats can be planned from the beginning so your animation is prepared for where it will actually be used.

Formats can include: vertical, square or landscape versions, depending on the platform or screen.
Aspect ratio defines the shape of the video, such as 4:5 for social media or 16:9 for presentations and screens.
Resolution determines the pixel dimensions, while FPS (frames per second) determines how smoothly the animation plays.
The appropriate resolution and frame rate will be selected based on the platform or final display.
11 — How do you work with clients in different time zones?
I'm based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and normally work with clients across US and Latin American time zones, with plenty of overlapping working hours.
Clients in other regions can also be accommodated depending on the project and communication needs. Time zone expectations can be discussed before we begin.
Default communication channels: Email and Discord.
12 — How do international payments work and is there a deposit?
